本研究係針對某膠帶傳統製造產業A公司獎勵旅遊及員工團體休閒旅遊活動為研究對象,本研究主要針對員工旅遊體驗、旅遊服務品質、旅遊滿意度與旅遊快樂設計問卷。本研究採用問卷調查法,並以非隨機抽樣中的便利抽樣的方式進行資料的蒐集。正式施測:2022年1-3月期間以notes表單透過公司群組發放,有效樣本數為594份。研究結果顯示(一) 旅遊體驗對旅遊滿意度有顯著的正向影響;(二) 旅遊服務品質對旅遊滿意度有顯著的正向影響;(三) 旅遊滿意度對旅遊快樂有顯著的正向影響;(四) 旅遊體驗與旅遊服務品質呈現交互作用。 This research is aimed at a company A in the traditional manufacturing industry of adhesive tapes as the research object, and the research object is the leisure tourism activities of employees. This research mainly designs questionnaires for employees’ travel experience, travel service quality, travel satisfaction and travel happiness. This research adopts the questionnaire survey method and collects the data by the convenience sampling method in the non-random sampling. Formal test: It will be distributed through the company group through the notes form from January to March 2022, and the number of valid samples is 594. The research results show that (1) tourism experience has a significant positive impact on tourism satisfaction; (2) tourism service quality has a significant positive impact on tourism satisfaction; (3) tourism satisfaction has a significant positive impact on tourism happiness; (4) there is an interaction between tourism experience and tourism service quality.
