本文旨在探討不同類別餐飲從業人員對休閒需求與休閒滿意度概況之研究,本研 究採用問卷調查的方式,進行分析與討論,問卷內容分為休閒滿意度、休閒需求及個 人基本資料,問卷調查對象為個案經營餐廳之員工,採取以現場發放問卷之方式進行 問卷調查,共計發出 100 份問卷,總計回收 69 份問卷,有效問卷回收率 69%。在資料分析上,則運用描述性統計、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析以及卡方考驗等 分析方法,經由問卷調查資料統計分析,最後依據研究結果及討論,統計出結論,並 提出建議。本研究結果得知不同類別餐飲從業人員的休閒需求、休閒滿意度差異、休 閒需求與休閒滿意度概況會因個人背景不同而有所差異。 The purpose of this paper is to explore the research on the general situation of leisure demand and leisure satisfaction of different types of catering practitioners. This research adopts the method of questionnaire survey for analysis and discussion. The content of the questionnaire is divided into leisure satisfaction, leisure demand and basic personal information. Questionnaire survey The object is the staff of the restaurant in the store. The questionnaire survey was conducted by way of on-site distribution of questionnaires. A total of 100 questionnaires were sent out, and a total of 69 questionnaires were recovered. The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 69%.In terms of data analysis, descriptive statistics, t test, one-way analysis of variance andχ2-testare used, through statistical analysis of questionnaire data, and finally based on the research results and discussions, statistical conclusions are drawn and suggestions are made.The results of this study show that the leisure needs and leisure satisfaction of different types of catering workers are different, Leisure needs and leisure satisfaction profiles will vary by individual background.
