摘要:	中小學是義務教育，據教育部統計，108學年度（2020）全國中輟生總數3086人，復學人數3103人，台灣安置機構統計，平均每年十位新進小五到國一的安置學生中，就有3位是文盲，但都沒有中輟紀錄，中輟黑數非常大。本研究擬以下目的：一、探討自主學習定義與發展；二、探討休閒教育園區的相關民間機構案例；三、訪談「希望之光」休閒教育園區理念與未來構想發展；四、實質規劃園區相關規劃型計畫；本教育園區經營理念包含「休閒、教育、健康、智慧、永續」五個核心目標規劃動機與目的，健康指的是「健康生活，康健身心」，自2019年被新冠病毒襲擊之後，我們體認到在這個渾沌的世界裡，唯有保持健康才是所有一切的開端，在這個園區裡，我們將透過好食、好住、好行、好看、好聽、好聞這「六好」來表達對於健康的要求，秉持不浪費、不鋪張、不好大喜功的「三不」原則，並告誡園區內的每一個人，帶著一顆真誠的心，堅持為可以掌握的每一天，努力用好的方式做好每個角色的每個任務。基於研究者回饋社會，基於取之於社會，用之於社會的文化志業，投入教育文化相關之社會參與，協助失學或需要就業訓練的學子進入職場就業。 Education in primary and secondary schools is compulsory. According to the statistics of Taiwan's Ministry of Education, the total number of dropouts was 3086, and the number of resumption of schooling was 3103 in Taiwan in the 108 years of the Republic of China (2020). According to the statistics of Taiwan's Resettlement Office, on average，three of the ten newly recruited students after resettlement from grade 5 of primary school to grade 1 of junior high school each year were illiterate, but there was no record of dropouts, and the implicit number of dropouts was very large.The purposes of this study are as follows: first, explore the definition and development of autonomous learning; 2、Discuss the cases of relevant private institutions in leisure education parks; 3、Interview the concept and future development of "light of hope" Leisure Education Park; 4、 Plan relevant arranged plans of the substantive planning park; The business philosophy of this education park includes five core goals: 「leisure, education, health, wisdom and sustainability」. Health refers to 「healthy life, healthy body and mind」. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we have realized that in this chaotic world, only keeping healthy is the beginning of everything. In this park, we will show our requirements for health through the "six good" of good food, good living, good behaviour, good scenery, good music and good news, and warn everyone in the park to hold a sincere heart, insist on working hard to do every task of every role in a good way.
