| Abstract: | 工商業進步神速，大家的步調變得日趨緊張，然而，日復一日的拚搏，讓我們的壓力愈來愈大。我們該休閒了，該舒緩自己了，讓我們透過休閒活動來放鬆、放緩自己的步伐吧!研究者在兩年前擔任中部某宮廟(以CH堂代稱)讀書會的志工老師，深刻體悟該宮廟努力服務社會、回饋社會的用心!在裡面，有一群志工默默的奉獻他們的時間、金錢、能力，努力為社會點燈!研究者想從認真休閒理論的觀點來探究志工的參與動機與所獲得的休閒效益，本研究的目的如下:一、瞭解志願服務者投入認真休閒活動的動機。 二、分析志願服務者持續投入認真休閒的因素。 三、探究志願服務者投入認真休閒的經驗和休閒效益。為達研究目的，本研究採質性的研究方法，訪談對象為CH堂七位志工，透過訪談大綱與志工深入對話，忠實記錄受訪志工寶貴的資訊與經驗，經過研究整理與分析，歸納結論如下:一、CH堂志工參與認真休閒的動機除了轉換心境的自助行為之外，大多具有強烈「助人利他的理念」，所以能持續投入此認真休閒且樂在其中。二、CH堂志工能獲得充分的自我充實、自我實現、自我表現、提升自我形象、自我滿足和提升轉念修為等個人的休閒效益。三、CH堂志工在社交互動、團隊成就和團體認同之社會效益方面呈現可貴的價值和意義。 四、CH堂志工具有堅忍不拔之毅力、有規劃的休閒生涯、明顯的個人努力、有持久性效益、獨特精神與次文化和強烈的認同感等六項認真休閒特徵。最後，依據本研究結論及發現，對想投入志工的後進、我們的媒體和政府及未來欲研究相關議題之後學提出建議。
With the rapid development of industry and commerce, the rhythm of everyone's life is becoming much tenser. However, the hard work day after day makes us more and more stressed. It's time for us to relax and soothe ourselves, let's relax and slow down with leisure activities. The author has served as a volunteer teacher at the Chihuitang Reading Club in Nantou City for two years and learned that the purpose of Cihuitang is to serve and give back to society. In Chihuitang, a group of volunteers silently contributed their efforts, financial support, and ability to give back to the community.In this study, we want to explore the volunteer service of Chihuitang from the perspective of serious leisure theory and to explore the motivation and leisure benefits of participation in the volunteer service of Chihuitang. Based on the above motivation, the purposes of this study were as follows: 1. Understand the motivation of volunteers to engage in serious leisure activities.2. To analyze the factors that make volunteers continue to invest in serious leisure.3. To explore the experience and leisure benefits of volunteers in serious leisure.In order to achieve the research purpose, this research adopts qualitative research methods, and the interview objects are seven volunteers of Chihuitang. Through an in-depth dialogue with the volunteers through the interview outline, faithfully record the valuable information and experience of the interviewed volunteers. After research and analysis, the conclusions are as follows:1.In addition to self-help behaviors that change their moods, most of the volunteers at Cihuitang have a strong"altruistic idea," so they can continue to engage in serious leisure and enjoy it.2.Volunteers at Cihuitang can obtain enough personal leisure benefits such as self-enrichment, self-realization, self-expression, self-improvement, self-satisfaction, and improvement of mind-changing practice.3.Cihuitang volunteers present valuable value and significance in terms of social interaction, team achievement, and social benefits of group identification.4.The volunteers of Chihuitang have six characteristics of serious leisure: perseverance, planned leisure career, obvious personal efforts, lasting benefits, unique spirit and subculture, and a strong sense of identity.Finally, the conclusions of this study can serve as a reference for subsequent studies by researchers interested in this topic. |
