Abstract: | 服務學習已成為我國各級教育的顯學,被視為創新教學的一環。但教育體制內的形式主義,往往讓服學教育成效不彰。在教育實踐上,結合地方發展的服務學習日益受到重視,對此如何建構適當體制與營運模式,正待進一步發展。研究者長期投入自學教育事業之開創,關心霧峰文化觀光之繁榮發展與自學服學體系之結合實踐,也期許能連結學校教育體制,發展出更適合大學學制以下的學生參與的機制。本研究之研究目的有三:建構霧峰旅遊發展之服學體系、促進霧峰旅遊發展服學體系健全運作、增補服學體系之發展理論。主要研究發問包括:霧峰旅遊發展的服務需求?霧峰旅遊發展的學習資源?霧峰旅遊發展的服學媒合機制?霧峰旅遊發展服學體系之運作模式?霧峰旅遊發展服學體系之運作成效與困境?本研究採行動研究法,以霧峰旅遊發展做為實際行動場域,進行目標的設定、策略的研擬、方案的執行與績效指標評估。研究首先盤點霧峰旅遊發展的服務需求與可以轉化提供的教育學習資源,進而提出霧峰旅遊發展的服學媒合機制,包括整合性、教育性、企業化與娛樂性四項;並形成包含旅遊服學需求、類型化旅遊模式、旅遊服學體系、服學媒合機制與旅遊服學成效五項要素之運作模式。經過三年來初步推展經驗的研究發現,此一運作模式可獲致性向探索、態度養成、知識入門、社會經驗與文化深耕之服學成效。 Service-learning has become a prominent feature of education at all levels in my country and is regarded as a part of innovative teaching. However, the formalism in the education system often makes service education less effective. In educational practice, service-learning combined with local development has been paid more and more attention. How to construct an appropriate system and operation model for this needs to be further developed. The researchers have long been devoted to the creation of self-study education, and are concerned about the combination of the prosperity and development of Wufeng cultural tourism and the self-study service system. It is also expected to link the school education system and develop a mechanism that is more suitable for the participation of students below the university level. The research purposes of this study are three: constructing the service-learning system of Wufeng tourism development, promoting the sound operation of the service-learning system in Wufeng tourism development, and supplementing the development theory of the service-learning system. The main research questions include: Service demand for Wufeng tourism development? Learning resources for Wufeng tourism development? The service-learning matching mechanism of Wufeng tourism development? The operation mode of the service-learning system of Wufeng tourism development? The operational effectiveness and predicament of Wufeng tourism development service education system? This study adopts the action research method, and takes the development of Wufeng tourism as the actual action field to set goals, formulate strategies, implement plans and evaluate performance indicators. The research firstly examines the service needs of Wufeng tourism development and the educational and learning resources that can be transformed and provided, and then proposes a service-learning matching mechanism for Wufeng tourism development, including integration, education, enterprise and entertainment; The operation mode of the five elements of tourism service-learning demand, typed tourism model, tourism service-learning system, service education matching mechanism and tourism service education effect. After three years of research on preliminary development experience, it is found that this operation mode can lead the effect of feature exploration, attitude development, and knowledge introduction, social experience and cultural deep cultivation. |
