按摩在台灣以然成為重要休閒之一，且按摩產業也蓬勃發展，但仍有許多經營不善而結束營業之案例，所以深入探討創新經營是有其必要的。本研究將針對視障按摩業者對於創新經營之觀點進行探討，希望討論出未來視障按摩經營改善之策略。透過相關文獻，整理出視障按摩之現況，並探討創新經營之方向。對此，本研究以台中禾軒視障按摩為探討對象，篩選了五位禾軒顧客及兩位禾軒員工，且進行訪談，提供禾軒在創新經營方面之觀點，與顧客及員工對於創新經營兩大方向之看法與建議。本研究發現，對於禾軒創新經營之觀念，除了在行銷、產品及環境方面上有所期待，更希望加入更多元的行銷方式，與融入不同臨床技術，並在產品與服務方面也期許到位。藉由創新經營，讓禾軒視障按摩透過建議與改善，進而創造出一套新興經營模式。 Massage has become one of the most important leisure activities in Taiwan, and the massage industry is booming, but there are still many cases of poor operation and closure of business, so it is necessary to explore the innovative operation in depth. This study will focus on the perspective of the visually impaired massage industry on innovative business operation, in the hope of discussing strategies to improve the operation of visually impaired massage in the future. Through relevant literature, the current situation of visually impaired massage is compiled, and the direction of innovative management is explored.In this study, From the ( Taichung Hexuan Visually Impaired Massage ) as the target, five Hosane customers and two (Hexuan) employees were selected and interviewed to provide Hosane's views on innovative management, and the views and suggestions of customers and employees on the two major directions of innovative management.This study found that the concept of innovative management of (Hexuan Visually Impaired Massage) is not only expected in terms of marketing, products and environment, but also more diversified marketing methods, integration of different clinical techniques, and the expectation of products and services. Through innovative management, (Hexuan Visually Impaired Massage) hope to create a new business model through suggestions and improvements.
