Smart voice-assisted technology enables visually impaired people to perform travel accommodation with greater independence and autonomy, especially for visually impaired people, the use of smart voice-assisted room service solutions can allow these groups to use less cognitive and Physical needs to control their travel room stay experience. However, making such applications widely available to meet the needs of visually impaired populations, especially in developing countries, remains a challenge. The purpose of this research includes understanding the needs of visually impaired people, exploring the application of smart voice-assisted facilities in hotels in room service, understanding barrier-free facilities and the application of smart guest rooms, and investigating the opinions of these groups on smart voice-assisted technology in hotels through case observation and interviews. Through generalization, the conclusions and recommendations of this study include the following: Make good use of guide bricks or support points to let the visually impaired clearly know that there are stairs or steps in front of them, keep the stairwell as clear as possible, and change the smaller steps into ramps and cups Etc. Try not to use glass or ceramic materials to avoid shards and cuts when knocked over, and provide Braille system services throughout the hotel. Based on the above, this research mainly hopes to use this topic to trigger more people to explore the lack of tourism and accommodation experience for the visually impaired, and then through joint discussion and progress to benefit more people with the same troubles .
