Under the influence of the epidemic, global industries such as the service industry have been affected. In this low economic period, for the service industry, increasing the table turnover rate can increase operating income and speed up service without affecting service quality. Therefore, this study intends to explore the consumers' experience of massage for the visually impaired and the differences in the operating benefits of the visually impaired massage industry in different business districts, so as to increase the visitor ratio of different customer groups. This research uses case depth interviews as a research tool, based on unstructured interviews that emphasize the interview questions of the respondents and then compare the data of the interviewed cases with each other, and analyze the results. This study believes that the most important thing for a visually impaired massage shop is to have a comfortable massage environment, a good service attitude, and enough parking spaces. This study estimates that with these added values, performance in downtown areas can increase by at least 30%, while suburban areas can increase by at least 20%. The results of this research analysis suggest that visually impaired massage practitioners can increase the added value required in the store in a timely manner, and improve the environment and services in the store, thereby increasing the ratio of visitors to different customer groups.
