糖尿病在全球已是重大危急的情況,隨著人們生活環境的變化,糖尿病已成為一種日趨嚴重的文明病,國際糖尿病聯盟2021年統計每10人即有1人患有糖尿病,每5秒即有1人死於糖尿病,並且患有糖尿病者,獲得癌症的機率也比一般人高出許多,即便使用糖尿病用藥,也會造成許多不良副作用,糖尿病已在個人醫療開銷和醫療保健系統上都構成了嚴重問題,在治療糖尿病上中醫已行之有年,且中醫講究藥食同源,以中草藥作為保健食品已成為糖尿病一種新的輔助治療方案,將傳統中草藥結合中醫數千年的經驗和現代實驗研究提供的科學基礎,將可為患者帶來更高的生活質量。
本文旨在於探討松露複方茶包是否能做為糖尿病的輔助治療,視其對db/db糖尿病小鼠調節血糖的效果,實驗使用15週齡雄性db/db糖尿病小鼠,隨機分成控制組及松露複方茶包萃取物1 g/kg組,為期三週,通過空腹血糖(Fasting Plasma Glucose)和口服葡萄糖耐量試驗(oral glucose tolerance test)評估松露複方效果,結果顯示松露複方具有調節血糖的效果,本研究成果可作為糖尿病保健食品開發的新思路。
Diabetes mellitus has become a major crisis worldwide. As people's living environment changes, diabetes has become an increasingly serious disease of civilization. According to the statistical report by the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) in 2021, 1 in 10 people suffer from diabetes and 1 in 5 seconds will die from diabetes. Furthermore, people with diabetes have a much higher risk of getting cancer than the general population, and even the use of diabetes medication can cause many adverse side effects. Therefore, diabetes has posed a serious problem in terms of individual medical expenses and the healthcare system. Chinese medicine has been adopted for years in the treatment of diabetes, and Chinese medicine emphasizes the importance of the homology of medicine and food. The use of Chinese herbal medicine as a healthy food has become a new complementary treatment option for diabetes. Combining traditional Chinese herbal medicine with thousands of years of experience in Chinese medicine and the scientific basis provided by modern experimental research will bring patients a higher level of lifestyle.
This article aims to investigate whether the tea bag of truffle formula can be used as a supplementary treatment for diabetics, depending on its effect on blood glucose regulation in db/db diabetic mice. Experiments were conducted using 15-week-old male db/db diabetic mice, randomly divided into control and the extracts of truffle formula tea bag 1g/kg groups for three weeks. The effect of the truffle formula was evaluated by fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). The results of this research show that truffle formula has the effect of regulating blood glucose, which can be used as a new way of developing diabetic healthy food.
