摘要:	由於極端氣候常態化、農業就業人口老化、年輕新血斷層等課題，正挑戰台灣小農經濟型態。然而創業平台是提供基礎設施與規則，依照各行各業中的概況去成立相對應的相關平台，農業青年若想從事農業，在沒有繼承上一代父輩的優勢前提下，技術、土地、資金及行銷等門檻都要自己有所準備，才較能夠順利地於農業事業上站穩腳步。本研究透過資源基礎觀點(Resource-based view，RBV)，以技術資源、資金資源、土地資源以及行銷資源之四構面，探討台灣青年農業創業輔導平台、漳浦台灣農民創業園，如何吸引創業者進駐創業平台，經由平台創業成功之專家訪談探討農民進駐創業平台所須關鍵因素，同時本文探討青年農民進駐平台之意願。本研究透過重要性-績效分析法( Importance-Performance Analysis, IPA)，發現1.在青年農民創業平台績效最好為技術資源中培訓課程與漳浦台灣農民創業園相比較之下較為優勢。2.在漳浦台灣農民創業園之績效最好為資金資源中農業生產優惠政策及行銷資源中公司曝光度與青年農民創業輔導平台較為優勢。3.台灣青年對於進駐青年農民創業平台與漳浦台灣農民創業園之意願，於青年農民創業平台關鍵資源分析第一重要性為資金資源，漳浦台灣農民創業園關鍵資源分析第一重要性為土地資源。 Due to issues such as the normalization of extreme climates, the aging of the agricultural employment population, and the young blood gap, Taiwan's small farmer economy is being challenged. However, the entrepreneurial platform is to provide infrastructure and rules. According to the situation in various industries, the corresponding platform is established. If the young agricultural youth wants to engage in agriculture, without inheriting the advantages of the previous generation of parents, technology, land, capital and marketing the young agricultural youth have to prepare by themselves. Therefore, young agricultural youth will be able to gain a firm foothold in the agricultural undertaking more smoothly. Through the Resource-based view (RBV), this research explores how the youth agricultural entrepreneurship counseling platform and the Zhangpu Taiwan Farmer Pioneer Park can attract agricultural youth from the four aspects of technical resources, financial resources, land resources, and marketing resources. Enter the entrepreneurial platform; discuss the key factors that farmers need to enter the entrepreneurial platform through interviews with experts who have successfully started their business on the platform. At the same time, this article discusses the willingness of young farmers to enter the platform. Through Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), the research found that Young Farmer Consulting Platform has advantage in terms of technical resources of training courses compared Zhangpu Farmers Parks. The best performance of Zhangpu Farmers Parks is the advantages of the financial resources in preferential agricultural production policies and marketing resources company’s exposure and the entrepreneurial guidance platform for young farmers compared Zhangpu Farmers Parks. As for the willingness of Taiwanese youth to enter the Young Farmer Consulting Platform and Zhangpu Farmer Park, financial resources are the most important for the Young Farmer Consulting Platform, while Zhangpu Farmer Park are land resources.
