    Title: 專業健康保健社交媒體對健康教育平臺的影響

    Abstract: 當人們頻繁使用社交媒體諮詢健康問題,健康保健社交媒體產生的問題則越來越多,針對專業健康保健社交媒體的經營策略、群組成員等因素應做為考量。面對健康保健社交媒體瞬息萬變之環境,應用一套有效規劃模式,使得在經營健康保健媒體時,於有限資源情況下獲得最佳化之結果,協助健康保健社交媒體獲得最佳的經營成效。
    本研究透過問卷調查,運用科技接受模型(TAM)、U&G滿足理論、E-WOM口碑模式、D&M資訊系統成功模式及持續使用模式為理論基礎,設計本研究之研究架構及問卷。本研究共計回收381份有效樣本,並以信校度分析、T檢定、單因數變異數分析、描述性統計、迴歸分析、假說驗證等方法進行分析。
    研究結果顯示,D&M資訊系統成功模式之多元保密性、E-WOM口碑模式之廣傳性、科技接受模型(TAM)之有用性與易用性、行為意向,以及專業健康保健社交媒體,對用戶的持續使用意願度有正向及顯著差異。建議專業健康保健社交媒體之管理者,應考慮用戶使用的便利性和直觀的資訊內容,並加強豐富且專業的醫學資訊,能讓用戶產生高信賴度,根據以上的研究結果對想經營專業健康保健社交媒體管理者提供管理策略的參考。
    When people frequently use social media to inquire about health issues, health care social media has caused more and more problems. We should take care of factors such as the business strategy of professional health care social media and the establishment of group memberships.
    Overall consideration. Facing the rapidly changing environment of health care social media, we apply a set of effective planning models to achieve optimal results.
    when operating health care media with limited resources that assist health care social media to achieve the best operating results.
    This research uses the technology acceptance model (TAM), U&G satisfaction theory, E-WOM word-of-mouth model, D&M information system success model, and continuous use model as the theoretical basis through questionnaire surveys to design the research framework and questionnaire of this research.
    In this study, a total of 381 valid samples were collected and analyzed by methods such as reliability calibration analysis, T-test, single-factor variance analysis, descriptive statistics, regression analysis, and hypothesis verification. The results of the research show that the multiple confidentialities of the successful model of the D&M information system, the widespread of the E-WOM word-of-mouth model,
    the usefulness and ease of use of the technology acceptance model (TAM), behavioral intentions, and professional health care social media are very important to users. There are positive and significant differences in the willingness to continue using.
    It is recommended that managers of professional health care social media should consider the convenience and intuitive information content of users, and strengthen the rich and professional medical information so that users can have a high degree of trust. Based on the above research results could be health care social media managers provide references for management strategies.
