    Title: 義消人員工作疲勞對休閒活動之研究
    The Correlation Study between Job Burnout and Leisure Activity on Fire Recuse Volunteer

    Abstract: 本研究目的為了解義消人員的工作疲勞和休閒活動參與的情況,並從中分析不同背景與兩者的關聯性。本研究以台中市義消人員為主要研究樣本,利用線上填寫問卷方式進行,一共取得423份問卷,其中有420份為有效者,其結果將以敘述描述其統計結果,包含平均數、標準差、Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) 檢定、以及相關迴歸分析。本研究分析結果為一、義消人員在有效問卷中為偏向義消工作年資較短的男性,休閒活動偏向戶外或運動類型休閒活動;二、義消工作帶給義消人員的工作疲勞的主要因素為工作過度投入和服務民眾後疲勞;三、義消人員的較高參與休閒活動程度可減少工作疲倦。
    本研究結果將提供建議給上級或是相關機關已改進其工作疲倦情況,其可利用增加相關人員數目以建立合適輪休或輪調制度並減少過度投入工作狀況;建立休閒活動課程以增加義消人員對於休閒活動之參與程度達到減少工作疲勞;建立民眾互動相關課程或相關專業團隊以減少主要工作疲勞主因,則可大幅及有效的減緩義消人員工作疲勞的情況。
    The purpose of this research is to understand job burnout and leisure activity participation of fire rescue volunteers, and analyze the relationship between different backgrounds with job burnout and leisure activity. This study took Taichung fire rescue volunteers as the study objects by online questionnaire survey. A total of 420 valid questionnaires were obtained. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed through descriptive statistics, averages, standard deviations, ANOVA verification, and related regression analysis. The analysis results of this study are as follows: First, in the valid questionnaires, the volunteers are mainly males with shorter working years, and their leisure activities are majorly on outdoors or sports leisure activities. Second, the main reason of job burnout on the objects is over-commitment in work and fatigue after serving the people. Third, the higher participation of objects in leisure activities could reduce job burnout.
    Our result in this study will provide suggestions to superiors or related agencies to improve job burnout in fire rescue volunteers. The increase of relevant manpower could reduce the over-commitment to work by appropriate shifts or rotations. Establishing leisure activity courses can decrease job burnout through increasing the participation of fire rescue volunteers in leisure activities. Finally, the establishment of related courses or professional teams for interaction with people could largely and effectively reduce job burnout of fire rescue volunteers.
