Abstract:	本論文主要目的為了解臺中市女性消防人員的工作壓力對休閒參與之相關，同時也探討不同背景研究之臺中市女性消防人員工作壓力與休閒參與之現況，並予以改善建議。本研究以151名臺中市女性消防人員作為研究對象，利用信箱及社群媒體發送網路問卷之方式進行資料蒐集。而問卷分為三大部分：第一部分為「個人基本資料」，第二部分為「工作壓力量表」，第三部分為「休閒參與量表」。而所得資料採用 EXCEL 整理與敘述性統計、平均數、標準差、獨立樣本 T 檢定、雪費法事後檢定、以及迴歸分析等方式統計分析。本研究結果得知，臺中市女性消防人員主要以未婚之新進人員為主，並大多擔任隊員之職位。而工作壓力與休閒參與呈現無顯著關係。最後，根據研究結果提出建議臺中市女性消防人員適時評估自身之工作壓力及培養各類休閒參與的興趣。 The main purpose of this paper is to understand the relationship between the work pressure of female firefighters in Taichung City and leisure participation, and also to discuss the current situation of work pressure and leisure participation of female firefighters in Taichung City from different background studies, and to provide suggestions for improvement. In this study, 151 female firefighters in Taichung City were used as the research objects, and the information was collected by sending online questionnaires through mailboxes and social media. The questionnaire is divided into three parts: the first part is the "personal basic information", the second part is the "work stress scale", and the third part is the "leisure participation scale". The data obtained are statistically analyzed by EXCEL collation and descriptive statistics, mean, standard deviation, independent sample T test,Scheffe’ method , and regression analysis. According to the results of this research, female firefighters in Taichung are mainly unmarried new recruits, and most of them hold the positions of team members. There is no significant relationship between work pressure and leisure participation.Finally, based on the results of the research, suggestions are made for female firefighters in Taichung City to assess their work pressure in a timely manner and cultivate interest in various types of leisure participation.
