| Abstract: | 本研究的主旨，在整合性的敘說台灣撞球運動，及探討台灣撞球館的經營管理，其中必須要觀察很多項目，會包含政府的態度，和這項運動的一些觀感、政策，台灣撞球組織的一些成立、經營，還有台灣撞球運動和媒體，及各公司企業的互動關係，我會就此觀察撞球運動，和社會新聞報導的角度後，再口述一些歷史，加上一些訪談和調查，及參考撞球歷史的閱讀文獻、分析和各類的方法來研究台灣撞球運動的發展和轉變。
本研究以台中龍井區冠臺撞球會館為例，本論文採用技術報告的形式，除了提供企劃案內容，了解學員的問卷和訪談的資料收集之外，主要尚包括擔任教練教學上的活動內容資料收集，及社交媒體上面經營行銷的資料收集，做為本研究技術報告的內容和分析。
本論文作者於2020年2月1號，正式接手台中市龍井區冠臺撞球教室運動會館的經營，一直很努力維持各項撞球項目的運作與經營，除了校外場館經營模式之外，也於各校擔任撞球指導老師、教練的工作，然而在經營一年四個月之後，在2021年的五月中旬，台灣正式爆發了大規模的新冠肺炎群聚感染，所以行政院也在2021年5月15日，正式勒令全國進入三級警戒狀態，因此本場館於2021年5月15日正式停業，歷經兩個半月，7月26日正式營業，在這段長達兩個半月至三個月之間，場館整個停止營業。本論文筆者在各校的撞球教學工作也全部停止，球館都無法正常的運作，這個對於場館是一個很重要的經營挑戰，所以筆者很努力的去克服，在這近三個月完全沒有任何的營收狀況之下，很試著要把情況整個扭轉回來，也很希望疫情慢慢減緩之後，能對全台灣撞球場館業者帶來更多人的消費契機。
The main objective of this study is to provide an integrated account of the sport of pool in Taiwan and to explore the management of pool halls in Taiwan, which will require a number of observations, including the attitude of the government, the perceptions and policies of the sport, the establishment and operation of pool organizations in Taiwan, and the interaction between the sport of pool and the media and various companies in Taiwan. After that, I will give some oral history, plus some interviews and surveys, and study the development and changes of the sport in Taiwan with reference to the reading literature, analysis and various methods of billiards history.
This study takes Guantai billiards club in Longjing District of Taichung as an example. In addition to providing the content of the project, collecting data from the questionnaires and interviews of the students, and collecting data from the activities of the coaches' teaching, and collecting data from the social media marketing, this paper is used as the content and analysis of the technical report of this study.
The author of this paper officially took over the operation of the Kuan Tai Billiards Classroom Gymnasium in Longjing District, Taichung City on February 1, 2020, and has been working very hard to maintain the operation and operation of the various billiards programs, in addition to the off-campus gymnasium operation model, and has also worked as a billiards instructor and coach at various schools. However, after one year and four months of operation, in the middle of May 2021, there was a massive outbreak of New Coronary Pneumonia in Taiwan, so the Executive Yuan officially ordered the whole country to be on Level 3 alert on May 15, 2021. This is a very important challenge for the pool halls, so the author is trying very hard to overcome it, and is trying to turn the situation around after the epidemic has slowly subsided. |
