    摘要: 由於企業只會投資,而忽視員工的工作環境及需求,加上現代少子化,使得台灣未來愈注重休閒等為本研究動機。本研究目的試圖了解員工對於休閒、工作、家庭態度行為等因素進行研究,及員工的工作休閒疆界情況,和對於工作表現的影響。研究對象為台中消防企業股份有限公司所有職員工為例,進行全面性問卷調查及測驗。研究人數81人次填答線上問卷,有效問卷75人作為研究資料分析,並由公司提供人口統計資料,及主管評工作表現。本研究架構主要有三個構面:1. 休閒素養、2. 休閒工作疆界、3. 工作表現進行研究,資料分析結果顯示:休閒素養的確會影響工作休閒疆界,並進而影響工作表現。在休閒與工作不同等重要族群,休閒沉迷傾向透過工作休閒衝突,降低工作表現,預測力為15.9%。其中當工作比休閒重要的族群,正向休閒、工作休閒疆界對工作表現的預測力為45.3%。在工作價值與休閒價值等同重要族群,正向休閒傾向直接正向影響工作表現,預測力為42.4%。本論文可作為個案公司未來經營的方向,了解員工休閒需求,做為有關員工休閒活動規劃、員工工作休閒疆界相關公司政策的重要參考資料。
    Considering corporate social responsibility and pursuing sustainable business culture, a company may pay attention to its major stakeholder, employees, with their leisure lives, which may in turn influence working performance, given a background that the importance of leisure time is getting emphasized and digital leisure is becoming popular. The purpose of this study attempts to examine how leisure literacy of employees may influence leisure-working boundary and further influence working performance with a moderator of perceived comparative leisure/work importance. Totally, all 75 employees in a case company participated in this study by taking a leisure literacy test and answering a questionnaire. The questionnaire included scales measuring attitudes toward positive leisure activities, leisure addiction in favorite leisure activities for relaxation or escape, sport lifestyle, leisure-working balance, leisure-working conflict, working performance, and comparative leisure/work importance. The results showed that leisure literacy does affect work-leisure boundary, and further influence work performance. For those who place unequal importance on work or leisure time, their leisure addiction tends to reduce work performance through work and leisure conflicts, with a predictive power of 15.9%. When work is more important than leisure, the predictive power of positive leisure attitudes and work-leisure boundary for work performance is 45.3%. For those who place equal importance on work value and leisure value, their positive leisure attitudes tend to directly affect work performance, and the predictive power is 42.4%. This study provides useful information for companies who pursue sustainable business culture and pay attention to employees’ leisure lives and working performance.
