The online course evaluation system for teaching evaluation and STEM education is a new field of research, but the anonymity of such a system is rarely discussed. An online evaluation system that requires a login will make students feel as if they were writing names on real answer sheets, and therefore causes them set aside their true feelings about the course and lower the validity of the evaluation. We have developed a trustworthy web-based system for STEM instructional evaluation that does not require a login while maintaining its validity. We also conducted an experiment to test whether our system is satisfying and trusted by the students. As a result, our system has met the requirement of a valid course evaluation system and gained the trust of the students.
