    題名: 微型企業區塊鏈平台之關鍵因素研究-DEMATEL與ISM分析法之應用

    摘要: 微型企業大部分是小規模的攤商或店家的經營型態,因成本與資金有限,亦或是家族視野的侷限,使得微型企業發展困難,難以擴大組織規模。研究發現微型企業可以透過創新科技的導入,來強化自身的競爭力,因此本研究目的(1)以平衡計分卡(BSC)四大構面為基礎,透過文獻回顧彙整出影響微型企業應用區塊鏈平台之關鍵因素。(2)再透過決策實驗室分析法(DEMATEL)和詮釋結構模型(ISM)聯合應用,找出影響微型企業區塊鏈平台應用關鍵因素之因果關係。(3)分析因素間關聯層次順序,提供微型企業應用區塊鏈平台時能獲得一個明確的指引策略,以及建設時執行之步驟與順序。
    研究結果發現,微型企業區塊鏈平台之關鍵因素包含「品牌資產」、「安全防偽」、「銷售增長」、「透明清楚」、「信任」、「共識機制」、「生產履歷」、「一致性」、「追蹤」,其中以「共識機制」、「生產履歷」為第一階層,於基礎建設時,亦可同時進行第二階段與第三階段,但此時二階、三階段為不穩固的狀態。微型企業可藉由區塊鏈平台來拓展市場、提供顧客更好的服務品質,為微型企業帶來銷售增長,另一方面區塊鏈平台的技術能使企業內部資訊達到「一致性」讓管理更方便有效率,更可以為微型企業建立口碑、進而累積「品牌資產」。此研究結果能提供未來應用區塊鏈平台之微型企業作為前置評估,亦可提供微型企業區塊鏈平台經營規劃之參考。
    Micro-enterprises are generally single, independent vendors and small-scale stores. Due to limited costs and capital and the limitations of family vision, it is difficult for micro-enterprises to develop and expand the scale of the organization. Enterprises can strengthen their own competitiveness through the introduction of innovative technology. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to (1) develop key success factors of blockchain platform for micro-enterprises based on Balanced Scorecard (BSC). (2) Through the Interpretative Structural Modeling Method, (ISM) and Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL), find out the correlation between the key success factors of blockchain platform for micro-enterprises. (3) Understand the perception of micro-enterprise blockchain and the difference between theoretical guidance and practical application. The research results found that the key success factors of blockchain platform for micro-enterprises include "brand equity", "security and anti-counterfeiting", "sales growth", "transparency and clear", "trust", "consensus mechanism", "traceability", " consistency, "tracking", "innovation management", "international", "organizational adaptation", in which consumer "trust" plays an important role. Micro-enterprises can use blockchain to expand the market, provide customers with better service quality, and bring sales growth to micro-enterprises. Blockchain technology can consistent in internal production information. Micro-enterprises build word of mouth and accumulate brand equity.
