摘要:	面臨少子化的問題日益嚴重，許多學校面臨招生不足的困境，除了維護好學校的知名度及環境之外，教師對於工作投入的程度也會進一步影響學生上課的品質及學習效果，因此帶領教師往前走的校長，成為關鍵的角色。校長的管理風格會為各學校帶來經營理念及風氣，校長的真誠領導能使教師的工作投入更加專注，成為學校的競爭力來源之一。本研究目的為探討國民小學校校長真誠領導與教師工作投入知相關性。根據本論文研究顯示，校長真誠領導和教師的個人背景沒有顯著的關連性。而本研究利用迴歸分析，實證出校長的領導風格若為真誠領導 ( 公正處理方式、內化道德觀、關係透明度、自我察覺 )有助於提升教師的工作投入程度。其中，公正處理方式擁有最高的影響力，意味著若校長能聆聽教師們的意見反饋並適時與教師們做溝通，藉由教師們了解學生狀況，能增加彼此之間的信任感，教師們的工作投入也會提高。 Faced with the problem of declining birthrate, many schools are facing the dilemma of insufficient enrollment. In addition to maintaining the visibility and environment of the school, the degree of teachers' job involvement will further affect the quality and learning effect of the students, so lead the teachers forward. The leader of the school is a key player. The principal's management style will bring management ideas and ethos to the schools. The principal leadership of the principals can make the teachers' job involvement more focused and become one of the school's competitiveness sources. The purpose of this study is to explore the relevance of the leaders of the National Primary School and the teachers' work commitment. According to the research of this thesis, there is no significant correlation between the principal leadership of the principal and the personal background of the teacher. This study uses regression analysis to prove that the principal's leadership style is a sincere leadership (fair treatment, internalized morality, transparency, self-awareness) helps to increase the level of teacher’s job involvement. Among them, the fair treatment method has the highest influence, which means that if the principal can listen to the feedback of the teachers and communicate with the teachers in a timely manner, teachers can increase the trust between the teachers by understanding the situation of the students. Work investment will also increase.
