本研究以某電子業之員工為問卷調查對象,目的為探討技術創新、組織吸收能力及經營績效之關聯性,其中,本文事先假設技術創新與組織吸收能力對經營績效具有顯著的正相關。透過問卷調查法及迴歸分析歸納出以下幾個重點: (1) 員工的背景資料對技術創新無顯著影響(2) 員工背景資料對組織吸收能力無顯著影響(3) 技術創新對經營績效有顯著正相關(4) 組織吸收能力對經營績效有顯著正相關。因此,在電子產業中,若能著重於技術創新及將組織吸收能力有效的提升並成功的運用於產品上,公司的經營績效也會有明顯的提升。
This study is based on the survey of employees in an electronics industry. The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between technical Innovation, Organizational absorptive capacity and business performance. This study assumes that technology innovation and organizational absorptive capacity have a significant positive correlation with business performance. Through the questionnaire survey and regression analysis, the following key points are summarized: (1) Employee background information has no significant impact on technical Innovation (2) Employee background information has no significant impact on organizational absorptive capacity (3) Technical Innovation has significant business performance Positive correlation (4) Organizational absorptive capacity has a significant positive correlation with business performance. Therefore, in the electronics industry, if we can focus on technical Innovation and effectively enhance the organizational absorptive capacity and successfully apply it to products, the company's business performance will also be significantly improved.
