    Title: 女性微型創業歷程中所展現之韌性
    The Resilience Shown in the Process of Female’s Micro-Entrepreneurship

    Abstract: 近幾年,政府為提升女性經濟自主能力,開辦很多的輔導機制來鼓勵女性創業,因此,女性創業已成一股風潮。但在競爭激烈的市場環境中,創業者所要面臨的是許多的不確定性與危機,例如女性原來的社會角色、創業資金、人力、技術資源的取得,以及外在環境的競爭威脅等。創業本就是一個無中生有的歷程,創業者需要承擔很多的風險,必須運用資源與策略來尋找商機,並且解決困境。本研究的目的在以個人韌性的角度,來探討女性在創業的歷程中如何克服挑戰,戰勝困境。本研究藉由三個個案的深度訪談,幫助我們了解創業的動機與目的,在創業過程中所遭遇的困境,以及了解如何與環境互動來堅持個人的創業信念,並且如何在變化莫測的環境中自處。研究結果發現,女性創業者縱然遭遇人生逆境,但在創業過程中內在資源如樂觀、希望、不服輸個性,外在資源如親人支持、經濟援助、信仰加持、努力學習、家族企業延續使命,都成為支持個人韌性發揮以對抗逆境的元素。
    Nowadays, the government has been trying to increase female’s financial independence by setting up numerous training courses to encourage women entrepreneurs. Therefore, women entrepreneurship is now a trend. However, in this competitive market, these entrepreneurs have to face a lot of uncertainties and risks. For instance, the traditional role which constrains females, raising capital, human and technical resources, and external threats. Staring up a business is basically a process to begin everything from scratch. An entrepreneur has to confront many risks, who has to overcome the ordeals by seeking business opportunities through using resources and strategies. This research aims to explore how females overcome the challenges during the process based on the resilience of individuals. By interviewing three different cases, we revealed their motives and purposes when they first started, the difficulties they faced, how they interacted with the surroundings to help insist their belief of entrepreneurship, and how to survive in this unpredictable environment. The result of the studies shows that, even when facing struggles in life female entrepreneurs seemed to overcome it by both internal and external resources. Internal resources includes positivity, hope, and perseverance. External resources are supportive relatives, financial backing, religion, academic studies, and the mission of continuing a family business. All of these above could become the elements for supporting the resilience and overcoming the struggles.
