    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討商用汽車銷售與顧客關係管理有密切之關聯性,維持良好之顧客關係能掌握立即資訊,以提升顧客購買之意願,並提升銷售營業額及市場佔有率。
    研究技術結果之應用分析是以裕益汽車公司現有之顧客關係系統中兩年度同期之執行率差異,探討其銷售數量及市場佔有率之變化,其研究結果歸納如下:
    一、落實顧客預訂拜訪行程管理與銷售業績有差異影響。
    二、顧客關係管理執行率高,市場占有率之變化。
    三、良好的顧客關係是否提高顧客對企業之價值及提升顧客忠誠度。
    This study aims to explore the close relationship between commercial vehicle sales and customer relationship management. Maintaining good customer relationships can capture immediate information to enhance customers' willingness to purchase and increase sales and market share.
    The application analysis of the research technology results is based on the difference in the implementation rate of the two years of the existing customer relationship system of Yue Ye Automobile Co., Ltd., and the significant changes in the sales volume and market share are discussed. The research results are summarized as follows:
    1.The implementation of customer booking visit management and performance has a significant impact.
    2.Customer relationship management has a high implementation rate and an increase in market share.
    3.Nice customer relationships increase the value of customers to the company to enhance customer loyalty.
