Due to the rapid response of corporate customer demand, many large international logistics operators such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc. have entered Taiwan and other Southeast Asian countries to seize the logistics business market. Taiwanese operators face considerable challenges. The SWOT analysis method will be used below to illustrate the advantages and disadvantages of Taiwan Shengqian Co., Ltd. itself (the relative uniqueness of the company itself), and the opportunities and potential threats that may be encountered in future development (the interaction between the enterprise and the external environment).
After Taiwan's accession to the WTO, traditional industries are facing the impact of globalization and price competition in mainland China. Research on the use of ERP to integrate upstream and downstream supply chains and adjust the organization's operations to improve efficiency and flexibility is a very important business issue.
