Smart phones become the most valuable daily necessities at the age of E-commerce. Due to the universal of the intelligent vehicle technologies, the payment instruments have been developed much more variety; while personal expense habit still relies on cash for the priority, other than smartcards or credit cards. Since the rapid rising of mobile payment has reversed the conventional payment habit, every expense, including commuting, dining, housing, or medical expenses, needs only one smart phone to manage all the daily expenses. Taiwan has passed “The Act Governing Electronic Payment Institutions” on January 16, 2015 and effected on May 3, 2015. Since then, different kinds of e-payment instruments have been delivered in succession, also relevant departments have devoted to make the act and payment devices completion. Nevertheless, the development and applying of e-payment has not been universalized in Taiwan than in other countries, so as well the promotion. The research separates mobile payment into three main categories, e-payment, electronic-ticket, and third-party payment, to make comparisons about different payment cooperation; for example, Apple Pay and Line Pay, as the comparison of international brand; JKOPAY and Taiwan Pay, as the comparison of local brand. Moreover, the research also emphasizes the comparison about different payment instruments. Consequently, expects to conclude the variety and applicability from different payment service for the consumers to select the right payment instruments.
