In the past century, human beings have extremely scarce food and related materials, providing abundant food and ordinary people's livelihood materials, effectively curbing inflation, and has become the most pressing issue among international countries. Traditionally used agriculture is fast, yielding and reducing labor costs. Therefore, chemical fertilizers and pesticides are used in large quantities. The long-term application of chemical fertilizers results in acidification of the soil, soil organic matter is not easy to accumulate, soil fertility is reduced, and plant growth conditions are affected, so that not only the yield is reduced, but also It will cause farmland ecological deterioration, river pollution, and damage to the environment and ecology. Taiwan began to promote organic farming in the Republic of China in 1983. It has been developing organic agriculture for nearly 30 years. First, farmers from all regions and townships have selected agricultural households for counseling and farming, and planning demonstrations and observations. The second step is organic agriculture. Relevant verification also has a relatively complete system planning, and rice, food, food security and farming environmental protection have gradually received attention. Until today, Taiwan's counties and cities have actively promoted the development of organic agriculture. Among them, the Wufeng area is famous for its fog and fragrant rice. In order to promote the sustainable management of farming and agriculture, and related policies such as the promotion of autonomous regulations on organic agriculture, more farming farmers are concentrating on organic agriculture. The government attaches importance to the development of organic agriculture.
