本研究作者以過去在大陸實習工作經驗,探討薪資公平性及工作價值觀對組織承諾之影響;並以主管領導風格作為調節變項,探究其對自變項與依變項之間影響關係的調節情況。本研究以國人曾在或現任職於大陸為主要研究對象進行問卷調查,以網路問卷為主、紙本問卷為輔蒐集研究資料,實際回收有效問卷共128份問卷。研究資料以 SPSS 統計軟體進行描述性分析、相關性分析與迴歸分析,最後根據研究結果提出相關管理意涵建議。
本研究結果希望能有助於台籍就業者瞭解大陸企業職場環境;同樣地,大陸企業組織亦能更加瞭解影響台籍就業者組織承諾的關鍵因子。
Based on her past internship experiences in the Mainland China, the researcher of the present study sought to explore the impacts of salary equity and work values on organizational commitment; and to use supervisor leadership style as a moderating variable to investigate its moderating effects on the relationships between independent and dependent variables. This study was conducted with the chosen research participants who used to work or currently work in China. Both online and paper questionnaires were used to collect data. A total of 128 valid research samples were collected. The research data was analyzed using SPSS statistical software including descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis; and finally, relevant management implications were proposed based on the research results.
The results of this study hope to help Taiwanese employed in China understand the employment environment of the country; similarly, companies in China can have a better understanding of the key factors affecting organizational commitment of Taiwanese employees.
