對企業來說,員工的工作績效是十分重要的。在追求企業利潤最大化的時候,員工的工作績效是必備的要素。企業若能深入了解左右員工績效的原因,再加以改善,便能減少員工績效低下的情形發生。本研究目的為探討薪資知覺度與自我效能對工作績效之影響,並以組織承諾為中介變數,瞭解各變項之間的關係。本研究希望透過研究資料收集與分析,提出實務管理之建議。
本研究以便利抽樣的方式進行問卷調查,研究對象為一般受領薪資人員,發出605份問卷,回收602份有效問卷。使用SPSS 22.0統計軟體進行資料分析與處理,以描述性分析、相關性分析與迴歸分析等統計方法歸納得出研究發現。本研究結果希望有助於企業作在甄選員工時的參考,以提升企業員工的工作績效。
Employee job performance is very important to enterprises. It is an essential factor while pursuing the maximization of enterprise’ profits. If enterprises can have a deeper understanding of the factors influencing employee performance and then improve them, poor job performance can be reduced. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impacts of salary perception and self-efficacy on job performance, treating organizational commitment as a mediating variable to understand the relationship among variables. Through research data collection and analysis, this study hopes to propose practical management recommendations.
The study adopted a convenient sampling method to conduct a survey. The research subjects were salaried employees. A total of 605 questionnaires were sent out; out of which 602 valid questionnaires were returned. Data analysis and processing were performed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software, and the findings were summarized by statistical methods such as descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. Hopefully, the results of this study can be served as a useful reference for enterprises to select employees in order to increase employee performance.
