摘要:	近數十年來，文化創意產業已經是世界各國推動的重要產業，也是繼「資訊產業」經濟熱潮後的新一波經濟動能。本論文主題以了解文創產業發展為基礎，探究文創產業發展與人力資本之關係，也分析人力資本和企業績效的關聯性，進一步探討人力資源的素質對企業績效的影響。實證結果發現人力資本對文創產業的專利是有負向影響的，隱性人力資本和研發費用對專利權沒有顯著影響。我們也發現專利對市場價值沒有顯著正向影響。 The cultural and creative industries promoted by the countries around the world have been crucial over the past decades. They have generated a new wave of economic energy in succession to information industry. The topic of the theory is to realize the foundation of development of the cultural and creative industries, explore the relationship between the development of the cultural and creative industries and manpower, also analyze the connections between human resource and enterprise performance, and further dissect the influence that the quality of human resource has on enterprise performance. Empirical research shows manpower capital has a negative impact on the patents of the cultural and creative industries and that the invisible manpower capital and the expenses of research and development have no apparent influence on patents. We also found patents have no obviously positive effects on market value.
