    Title: 南投市國小教師工作壓力與休閒運動行為之調查研究

    Abstract: 本研究旨在瞭解南投市國小教師工作壓力與休閒運動行為之現況,分析在不同背景變項下,教師的工作壓力及休閒運動行為之差異性。
    本研究以南投市107學年度編制內之正式合格教師,且服務於縣立國民小學為研究對象,採取全面普查的方式,共發出422份問卷,回收有效問卷為416份;根據調查所收回之資料,依研究目的、問題及假設,進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後比較及卡方考驗等統計方法,進行資料處理與分析,歸納出以下結果:一、在工作壓力上感受到較大壓力之構面,「工作負荷」和「變革變遷」分屬一、二名。二、不同背景變項之教師在工作壓力上在某些構面上是有差異性,但是在不同的婚姻狀況下工作壓力是沒有差異性。三、運動現況每週運動不到三次的教師達(76.93%),每次參與休閒運動的時間長度,以31-60分鐘的比例最高(50.24%)。四、不同背景變項的教師在休閒運動行為上之差異,只有在不同教育背景下教師在休閒運動時間上有顯著差異,其他方面並無不同。
    The purpose of this research is to understand the current situation of the work stress and leisure sport behaviors of elementary school teachers in Nantou City, and it also aims to analyze the difference between their work stress and leisure sport behaviors among different background variables.
    The participants are qualified public elementary school teachers fromAugust, 2018 to July, 2019 in Nantou City. A comprehensive sampling was used in distribution, and a total of 422 questionnaires were sent out, and 416 valid questionnaires were received.
    Collected data was analyzed by such methodologies of Descriptive Statistics,T-test, One-Way Analysis of Variance, Post-Hoc Scheffe Method, and Chi-Square test (x2 test). The research findings are as follows:
    1. The highest level of stress that the elementary school teachers in Nantou City perceive is “workload”; the second highest “adoption of reforms”.
    2. Among certain background variables, the elementary school teachers in Nantou City show partially significant difference in work stress. The teachers in different marital status, however, don’t show difference in work stress.
    3. At the aspect of the frequency of participating leisure sports, the highest proportion (76.93% of the teachers) shows the participants do exercise less than 3 times per week, and at the aspect of the length spent on leisure sports, the highest proportion (50.24% of the teachers) shows the participants tend to do exercise for 31-60 minutes each time.

    4. Among different background variables, only when the teachers have different levels of education does the study show a significant difference in the length spent on leisure sports.
