Abstract:	本研究旨在了解公立教保服務人員的工作壓力與休閒調適之情形，並探討不同背景變項的公立教保服務人員在這兩方面的差異與相關情形，以2019年南投縣公立幼兒園教保服務人員為研究對象，透過問卷調查法進行研究，由回收有效問卷200份所得資料，運用描述統計、單因子變異數分析、虛擬化迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析，依據分析結果，本研究獲得以下的結論：公立教保服務人員工作壓力呈現輕度，以工作負荷及教學層面壓力較大，人際關係與專業知能壓力略低。公立教保服務人員有良好的休閒調適，以舒緩身心的休閒最多，其次為提升正面情緒的休閒，最後為友伴休閒。公立幼兒園職務教保員、年資6-10年、學歷大專院校、園所在地在都會地區與偏鄉地區的工作壓力與休閒調適高於其他職務、服務年資、研究所、一般地區。公立幼兒園教保服務人員服務年資影響教保服務人員的舒緩休閒調適。公立教保服務人員的工作壓力對休閒調適有部分顯著影響。年齡、服務年資、任教班別與園所在地不影響公立教保服務人員的休閒調適。根據研究結果對教育行政機關、幼兒園、教保服務人員及後續研究提出建議，供未來研究及實務參考。 The study of this analysis is not only to understand the work pressures and the leisure adjustments of public Preschool Teachers, but also to explore the differences and related situations between public Preschool Teachers with different background variables in the two aspects. The service staff of Nantou County Public Preschool Teachers in 2019 is the research object, and the research is conducted through the questionnaire survey method. The data collected from the 200 valid questionnaires are analyzed by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, single factor variance analysis, and virtual regression analysis. Based on the analysis results, the study obtained the following conclusions:The public Preschool Teachers has a mild work pressure. Higher pressure on the workload and teaching;lower pressure on the interpersonal relationship and professional knowledge. Public Preschool Teachers personnel have good leisure adjustment:the top one is soothing leisure the second one is the leisure which enhances positive emotions, and the final one is the leisure for friends. Public kindergarten nurses, seniority 6-10 years, academic colleges and universities, the location of metropolitan area and the rural areas of work pressure and leisure adjustment are higher than other positions, service years, research institutes, general areas. The service seniority of the public Preschool Teachers service personnel affects the soothing and leisure adjustment of the education service personnel. The work pressure of public Preschool Teachers personnel has a significant impact on leisure adjustment. Age, length of service, teaching class and location do not affect the leisure adjustment of public Preschool Teachers . Based on the research results, recommendations are made as neference for educational administrations, kindergartens, Preschool Teachers , and future research and practice.
