    Abstract: 探討烘焙工作室營運及服務方式
    開創個人微型烘焙工作室是一件興趣及烘焙專業的旅途,一邊規劃未來店發展的方向,然而大家都說烘焙是低門檻的行業,或許我認為沒錯,因投資的硬體設備上不需太多的資金,但在技術上是一個相對有門檻的高度,在技術上的開發研究恐怕所花的資金可能比硬體設備高出許多,由於低門檻造成經營上的忽略,造成後續的營運不佳問題。
    本次研究探討的是目前丹宇工坊「烘焙工作室適合的經營及服務方向」、「證照教學價值創新模式」、「開發伴手禮價值創新模式」來如何永續經營三大研究規劃方向。此研究結論是運用微型創業方式及「行動研究」方式來探討丹宇工坊運用在本身經營狀況與執行規畫方面研究分析。
    綜上結論此研究讓我了解開店需要烘焙專業技術、行銷商品、伴手禮獨特性質、經營規畫必須具備相當的能力,才能走向更穩定的經營,然而在未來或許能夠規畫出一間完整的多元伴手禮商品販售及複合式烘焙商店來多角化經營,吸引更多的消費族群,讓本店更能夠永續經營的方向。
    Research on Exploring the Operation and Service of Baking Studios
    The personal micro-baking studio is a pioneering process of interest and baking. I am thinking about planning the direction of future development. However, for the public, baking is a low barrier industry. Perhaps the inferences I have considered below are correct. This industry does not need much money for the hardware equipment invested in virtual investment, but it has a relatively technical threshold. It may be that the funds spent on technical development may be much higher than hardware. Due to the low threshold, the operational neglect may cause subsequent operational problems.
    This research is dedicated to Danyu Studio's "Business and Service Orientation for Baking Studios", "Innovative Model of License Teaching Value", and "Innovative Model for Developing Gifts and Values". In this way, we will explore how to manage the three major research planning directions. Based on the research, the conclusion is to use the micro-entrepreneurship method and "action research" to explore the research and analysis of Danyu Studio's use in its own business conditions and implementation planning.
    In summary, this study made me understand that opening a store requires baking expertise, marketing products, unique gifts, and business planning. For these project operators, they must have considerable ability to move to a more stable operation. However, in the future, it may be possible to plan a complete multi-disciplinary merchandise sale and a multi-function baking shop to diversify the business, thereby attracting more consumer groups, which is the direction for the store to be able to continue to operate.
