    Title: 臺中市公立教保服務人員工作壓力、休閒調適與休閒滿意度之研究

    Abstract: 本研究主要探討臺中市公立教保服務人員工作壓力、休閒調適與休閒滿意度之研究三者之關係。
    本研究使用問卷調查法,採便利抽樣調查方式,問卷發放320份,實際回收的有效問卷300份。
    所得的資料透過項目分析、信效度分析、描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、徑路分析等方法進行分析,研究結果如下:
    一、臺中市公立教保服務人員以女性、38至39歲、年資7至8年、已婚有小孩、4班以下、教師、屯區為多數。
    二、不同背景變項的教保服務人員在工作壓力部份達顯著差異。
    三、不同背景變項的教保服務人員在休閒調適上均未達顯著差異。
    四、不同背景變項的教保服務人員在休閒滿意度上均未達顯著差異。
    五、休閒調適對休閒滿意度具有顯著的正向影響。
    根據研究結果對教育行政機關、教保服務人員及後續研究提出建議,供未來研究及實務參考。
    The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among work stress, leisure adjustment and leisure satisfaction of preschool educators in public preschool of Taichung City. Questionnaire survey and convenience sampling were used in the study. In this study, 320 questionnaires were distributed and 300 valid questionnaires were actually collected.
    The data were analyzed by statistical methods, such as project analysis, reliability, validity analysis, descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA and path analysis. The results were as follows:
    1.Most of preschool educators in public preschool of Taichung City werefemale, aged 38 to 39, seniority of 7 to 8 years, married with children,under 4 classes, teachers, Tun District.
    2.Preschool educators with various backgrounds had partially significant differences on work stress.
    3.Preschool educators with various backgrounds had no significant differences on leisure adjustment.
    4.Preschool educators with various backgrounds had no significant differences on leisure satisfaction.
    5.Leisure adjustment had significant positive differences on leisure satisfaction.
    Based on the research results, recommendations are made as neference for educational administrations, preschool educators, and future research and practice.
