民航機師之工作家庭衝突、工作休閒衝突、
工作壓力及幸福感關係之研究

2019年2月8日華航機師罷工,及目前正在上演的長榮空服員罷工,他們的罷工訴求無非是替自己爭取該有的權利。華航長年忽視及未能改善機師航班過勞等等各項問題,透過華航機師的罷工事件,更是不失為深化勞動觀念的機會教育,政府和企業都應該要拿出智慧謹慎處理。機師肩負所有乘客的飛航安全,他們的身心狀態絕對不容忽視,故本研究以國內民航機師為主要研究對象,探討民航機師之工作家庭衝突、工作休閒衝突、工作壓力及幸福感與基本背景變項間之關係。問卷蒐集採封閉式抽樣法,調查時間為 2018年11月至2019年4月,共發放問卷 180 份及回收 166 份有效問卷,並利用 SPSS 22.0 統計軟體進行分析。分析結果如下:
一、民航機師之「工作家庭衝突」顯著影響「工作休閒衝突」。
二、民航機師之「工作家庭衝突」未影響「工作壓力」 。
三、民航機師「工作休閒衝突」未影響「工作壓力」。
四、民航機師「工作壓力」負向影響「幸福感」。
A Study of Relationships among Work-family
conflict、Work- leisure conflict、Job Stress and
Well-being to Stay in Commercial Pilots

On February 8, 2019, the China Airlines pilots went on strike, and the Evergreen flight attendants who were currently performing strikes. Their strike appeal is nothing more than fighting for their own rights. China Airlines has neglected and failed to improve the flight of the pilots and other problems. Through the strike of the China Airlines pilots, it is an opportunity education to deepen the concept of labor. The government and enterprises should take wisdom and care. The pilot is responsible for the safety of all passengers, and their physical and mental state cannot be ignored.This thesis are focuses on Study of Relationships among Work-family conflict、Work- leisure conflict、Job Stress and Well-being to Stay in Commercial Pilots. Try to study how individuals back ground can affect the results among those pilots. The questionnaire adopted the close loop sample for each pilot. The investigated time from NOV 2018 to APR 2019, Sum questionnaire samples are 180, valid for 160. Then through the software SPSS 22.0 to analyze.Results as follow:
一、Work-family conflict is Work- leisure conflict significantly
correlated
二、Work-family conflict is not affected by Job Stress.
三、Work- leisure conflict is not affect by Job Stress.
四、Well-being is affected Job Stress to Stay in Commercial
Pilots.
