    Abstract: 本研究主要目的在了解青少年智慧型手機使用行為與休閒效益之關係。以埔里高工學生為研究對象,一共發放427份問卷,共回收有效問卷394份,經由信度分析、效度分析、描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、迴歸分析進行研究驗證。研究結果如下:
    一、 埔里高工學生擁有智慧型手機者高達92.3%;使用年資以3~6年內最多;平均每日使用總時數以2~5小時最多;使用時機以旅遊、放學後與睡覺前為前三高;使用動機與目的以社交與傳遞訊息、休閒娛樂與打發無聊時間為前三高;使用APP類型以音樂、上網及社群為前三高。
    二、 不同性別與不同科別學生在智慧型手機使用行為上皆無顯著差異;不同年級學生在智慧型手機使用行為的使用年資及平均每日使用總時數上有顯著差異。不同性別、不同科別與不同年級學生在休閒效益上皆無顯著差異。
    三、 埔里高工學生智慧型手機使用行為的目的、時數、時機、APP類型及年資與所獲得之休閒效益具有顯著正向相關。
    根據以上研究結果,本研究分別對學生、家長、教育相關單位及後續研究者提出建議,以供參考。
    The main purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between the use of smartphones and the benefits of leisure, taking Puli National Puli Industrial Vocational Senior High School Students (PIVSHS students) as research objects. A total of 427 questionnaires were issued. A total of 394 valid questionnaires were collected. The reliability was analyzed by reliability analysis, validity analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, single-factor variance analysis, Pearson product-related correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The research results are as follows:
    1. PIVSHS students have 92.3% of their smartphones. The maximum periods of use is for 3 to 6 years. The average time of daily use is 2 to 5 hours at most. The top three periods using cell phones are after schook, for traveling, and before going to bed. The top three motivations is for sociality、boredom、and entertainment. The top three in terms of using APP type are music, internet and community.
    2. There is no significant difference in use of smart phones between different genders and different majors among students. Different grades of students have significant differences in the years of smartphone use and the total hours of average daily use. There were no significant differences in leisure benefits among students of different genders, different subjects and different grades.
    3. The purpose, number of hours, timing, type of APP and seniority of the use of smart phones by Puli Puli National Puli Industrial Vocational Senior High School School students are significantly positively correlated with the leisure benefits obtained.
    Based on the above research results, the study provides recommendations for students, parents, education-related units and follow-up researchers for reference.
