| Abstract: | 本研究的目的在瞭解志工參與動機、涉入程度與幸服感的相關情形。本研究以慈濟志工為研究對象，以 Google表單形式，在志工群組上推播，回收樣本計372份。問卷以「參與動機量表」、「涉入程度量表」及「幸福感量表」為研究工具，將所得的資料以項目分析、因素分析、相關分析、信度分析、敘述性統計、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法及皮爾森積差相關進行統計分析。
研究結果發現：(一)慈濟志工參與者以女性居多，年齡層以中老年為主，且志工年資多五年以上。(二)不同性別、婚姻狀況、宗教信仰、經濟狀況在參與動機上有部份達顯著差異。(三)不同性別、婚姻狀況、年齡、職業、志工年資在涉入程度有部份達顯著差異，參與不同志工服務項目在涉入程度有顯著差異。(四)不同宗教信仰、志工年資在幸福感有部份達顯著差異，不同經濟狀況在幸福感有顯著差異。(五)慈濟志工參與動機、涉入程度與幸福感均達顯著相關。根據研究分析結果，對慈濟志工提供建議。
The purpose of this study is to understand the correlations among participation motivation, involvement, and well-being of volunteers. Tzu Chi volunteers are taken as the research object. Snowball sampling method is used to distribute a self-developed questionnaire through Tzu Chi volunteer social media groups on the Internet. A total of 372 samples are collected and analyzed using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample T-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe`s post-hoc method, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient.
The results show that:(1) Respondents are mostly female, middle-aged and elderly, and has more than five years of seniority.(2) There are significant differences in motivation of participation among different genders, marital status, religious beliefs and economic status.(3) There are significant differences in the involvement among different genders, marital status, age, occupation and volunteer service years, and different volunteer areas.(4) There are significant differences in well-being among different religious beliefs and volunteer service years, and economic conditions. Tzu Chi volunteers' participation motivation, involvement, and well-being were significantly correlated. Based on the results, suggestions were provided for Tzu Chi volunteers. |
