摘要:	現代人不管在工作或生活上，面對各式各樣的挑戰及壓力，需要透過休閒活動或運動來紓解壓力，來調劑身心，達到減壓及身心放鬆之效果。土風舞是一種富有鄉土風味，融合民族、地方特色與生活的舞蹈，具有豐富的音樂節奏及多樣化的舞形和舞步，且是眾人共同享受舞蹈樂趣的活動。為瞭解不同年齡、背景與社會支持等因素不同，參與者對於土風舞的參與度，也會隨之不同，繼而也會影響參與者對於人際關係的拓展以及參與土風舞活動之自我期許。故本研究旨在探討土風舞參與者之參與動機、人際關係及自我實現關係之研究。以各地土風舞參與者為研究對象，以非隨機抽樣方式發放250份問卷，回收問卷236份，有效問卷233份。問卷資料處理與分析後，研究分析如下: 一、研究結論 (一)不同的背景資料對於土風舞參與者的參與動機、人際關係與自我實現，大都無顯著差異，惟參與者每次參與時間之不同，感受人際關係及自我實現有顯著差異。 (二)參與動機與人際關係對自我實現分別有線性關係，提高參與動機，就能提升參與者的人際關係與自我實現。 (三)透過人際關係的中介，更能強化自我實現效果。 Modern people, regardless of their work or life, face a variety of challenges and pressures. They need to relieve stress through leisure activities or sports to adjust their body and mind to achieve decompression and relaxation. Earth dance is a kind of dance with rich local flavor, blending nationality, local characteristics and life. It has rich music rhythm and diverse dance shapes and dance steps, and it is an activity where everyone enjoys dance together. In order to understand the different ages, backgrounds and social support factors, the participation of participants in the folk dance will also be different, which will in turn affect the participants' expansion of interpersonal relationships and the self-expectation of participating in the folk dance activities. Therefore, this study aims to explore the participation motivation, interpersonal relationship and self-realization relationship of the folk dance participants. Taking the local folk dance participants as the research object, 250 questionnaires were distributed by non-random sampling, 236 questionnaires were recovered, and 233 valid questionnaires were collected. After the questionnaire data processing and analysis, the research analysis is as follows: I. Research conclusions (1) Different background information has no significant difference in the motivation, interpersonal relationship and self-realization of the participants of the folk dance. However, there are significant differences in the interpersonal relationship and self-realization of the participant's participation time. (2) Participation motivation and interpersonal relationship have a linear relationship with self-realization, and improving the motivation of participation can enhance the interpersonal relationship and self-realization of participants. (3) Through the intermediary of interpersonal relationships, it is more effective in enhancing self-realization.
