本研究旨在探討顧客對於室內溫水游泳池服務品質的期望和滿意度,以及需要改善的方向。本研究首先為利用問卷調查方式,了解消費者對室內溫水游泳池業者所提供之服務品質的重要度和績效度。研究共蒐集了104份有效問卷,再以重要度-績效度分析處理研究數據,並以圖形化方式呈現研究結果。本研究結果顯示,有1個優先改善之服務品質,即「游泳池消費價格合理」。本研究結果將可提供給室內溫水游泳池業者做為改善和管理服務品質的參考依據。
The aim of this study is to explore the service quality and the improvement direction of heated indoor pool from the customer’s perspective and satisfaction feedback. A total of 104 useful responses were collected and the data were processed and presented in the form of graphical importance-performance analysis (IPA). Research results have found that a priority to improve the service quality is “Providing a reasonable price”. The results of this study could be used as the important references for service quality improvement and management for heated indoor pool operators
