2016 年 11 月份匹克球正式引進台灣，成為台灣休閒運動項目之
一，這項運動屬性非常適合各年齡層民眾參與。匹克球這項運動在台 灣已經連續舉辦三場全國性之賽事，賽事時間從 2017 全國匹克球分 級賽，2018 全國英雄匹克球分級賽，2018 國際匹克球分級賽。
參與這項運動民眾人數逐年增加，但是想從事匹克球運動初學者
或一般教練並沒有管道資訊，網路書店並沒有匹克球中文之相關的書 籍。目前只有美國匹克球協會 USAPA、美國國際教練專業協會 IPTPA 及世界匹克球聯合會 IFP 網站上的資料都是英文，國人閱讀非常不便
利。而且專有名詞翻譯產生誤解問題，英文程度不好的初學者或一般 教練容易產生無法閱讀匹克球專業技能知識，便遭遇困難。
因此，本論文採取技術技實務報告方式，透過圖文並茂和分解動
作，闡述動作要領。彙整了匹克球基礎技術專業資料，可讓教練、老
師、初學者，容易理解正確技能操作模式，可奠定基礎技術及有效提
升打球樂趣。讓愛好匹克球人士也學習正確基本技能觀念及增進人際 交流互動。
In 2016, pickleball was introduced into Taiwan as a leisure activity suitable for all age groups. Subsequently, three graded competitions were organized, two nationwide competitions in 2017 and 2018 and one international competition in 2018.
Although the number of people learning pickleball has been increasing by the year, information on pickleball is scarce; little can be found in local bookstores, and online sources such as the websites of the USA Pickleball Association, International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association, and International Federation of Pickleball have all been written in English, making it difficult for Taiwanese readers. Moreover, because a strong command of English is required to properly understand related technical terms, the promotion and learning of Pickleball is hindered.
This report employs detailed textual descriptions and sequence pictures to explain the techniques of pickleball. The information contained within will enable coaches, teachers, and beginners to easily understand and perform the techniques, thus improving their skill levels. This report will help pickleball enthusiasts learn correct basic techniques, enjoy the charm and pleasure of the sport, and enhance interpersonal interactions through the sport.
