    Title: 社區大學學員課程參與動機.課程滿意度與續報意願之研究-以虎尾溪社區大學為例

    Abstract: 本研究主要目的在探究雲林縣虎尾溪社區大學學員對目前社區大學的課程的學習動機、學習滿意度與續報意願,不同背景變項對學習動機、學習滿意度與續報意願之影響以及學習動機及學習態度與續報意願之間的相關性;本研究採用問卷調查法,以「虎尾溪社區大學春季班」之學員為對象進行問卷調查,本研究共發放150份,回收146份,回收率為97.3%,回收問卷中有效份數121份,可用率達82.87%。透過SPSS統計軟體進行項目分析、信度分析、效度(因素)分析、敘述性統計、t-test、與單因子變異數分析、Pearson 積差相關分析及迴歸分析。研究結果顯示:
    一、虎尾溪社區大學學員對學習動機與學習滿意度皆呈現正向與肯定看法。
    二、虎尾溪社區大學學員的背景變項在性別、年齡、教育程度、職業、婚姻狀況、家人支持度、家庭月總收入及課程屬性部分,對學習動機並無顯著差異;而在與學生的關係以及職業兩個變項,則呈現顯著差異。
    三、虎尾溪社區大學學員的背景變項在性別、年齡、教育程度、職業、婚姻狀況、家人支持度、家庭月總收入及課程屬性部分,對學習滿意度並無顯著差異;而在年齡以及職業兩個變項,則呈現顯著差異。
    四、虎尾溪社區大學學員的背景變項在性別、年齡、教育程度、職業、婚姻狀況、家人支持度、家庭月總收入及課程屬性部分,對續報意願並無顯著差異
    五、虎尾溪社區大學學員的學習動機與學習滿意度之認知與態度之間具有顯著正相關。
    The main purpose of this study is to explore the motivations, learning satisfaction and willingness to report for the current community college courses in Huweixi Community College, Yunlin County, and the impact of different background variables on learning motivation, learning satisfaction and willingness to report. The relationship between learning motivation and learning attitude and willingness to renew the report; this study used a questionnaire survey method to conduct a questionnaire survey for the participants of the "Spring Class of Huweixi Community College". A total of 150 copies were distributed and 146 copies were collected. The recovery rate was 97.3%, and the effective number of copies in the questionnaire was 121, and the availability rate was 82.87%. Project analysis, reliability analysis, validity (factor) analysis, narrative statistics, t-test, single factor variance analysis, Pearson product difference correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed through SPSS statistical software. research shows:
    1. The students of Huweixi Community College have positive and positive views on learning motivation and learning satisfaction.
    2. The background variables of the students of Huweixi Community College are not significantly different from the students' motivation in terms of gender, age, education level, occupation, marital status, family support, family monthly income and curriculum attributes. There are significant differences between the relationship and the two variables of the profession.
    3.Third, the background variables of the students of Huweixi Community College have no significant difference in learning satisfaction in terms of gender, age, education level, occupation, marital status, family support, family monthly income and curriculum attributes. There are significant differences in the two variables of the occupation.
    4. The background variables of the students of Huweixi Community College are not significantly different in terms of gender, age, education level, occupation, marital status, family support, family monthly income and course attributes.
    5. There is a significant positive correlation between the learning motivation and the learning satisfaction and attitude of the students of Huweixi Community College.
