The theme is to explore the development of new mushroom farms, first understand the current situation of the development of mushroom farms introduced into "smart agriculture", analyze the factors affecting their development, and then analyze the innovation of Shuguang Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. through SWOT analysis and five-force analysis. A case study of the new mushroom planting cabinet at the ELIGHTS plant factory was conducted to explore its future vision and development master plan.
    The main discoveries:
First, the advantages of ELIGHTS new mushroom farm are: (1) independent research and development innovation, efficient planting, container-type, mobile. (2) Smart production. (3) Verification of production and sales of agricultural products. (4) The experience of the operators is rich. (5) Mushroom cultivation is not limited to land and climate. The disadvantages are: (1) The planting cabinet is a single cabinet type, which is difficult to implement cultivation process, harvesting, cleaning, packaging automation, and the scale is not large. (2) Big data analysis has not been applied. The opportunities are: (1) The new type of mushroom cultivation method has certain appeal to consumers. (2) The mechanization, automation and stability of Taiwan's mushroom farms in many countries are not progressing enough, and there are many opportunities for domestic and foreign sales. The threat are: Many countries have advanced technology, automation, clear division of labor, perfect industrial chain, scientific and technological support, vigorously cultivate the market, and guide consumption.
Second, the five forces of ELIGHTS new mushroom farms are weak.
Third, suggested the major improvement strategies are as follows: (1) Develop new mushroom planting cabinets that can be connected in series with multiple cabinets, making it easy to automate and expand production scale. (2) Designate special personnel to engage in big data work and new customer development. (3) Signing a contract with the shipping company. (4) Engage international trade legal counsel. (5) Engage management experts to develop a rapid and flexible management model tailored to local conditions. (6) Assign technical R&D personnel to develop consumables in planter equipment and obtain substitutes locally.
