Abstract: | 人類從遠古時代開始就和家具產生密切,為了配合房屋的裝潢更增加了設計理念,於是家具也開始具有流行性。價值觀與經濟效益來說,以往的家具代表了身分與地位,價值觀的改變導致家具製造產生改變,高檔的家具開始走向客製化精緻設計路線,平價家具朝著薄利多銷和大量生產方式發展,本研究係透過運用層級分析法希望能探究家具業在供應商評選時其評估準則,並將其依據重要順序予以排序研究結果顯示,家具業供應商評選,重要性依序為1.成本,2.服務,3.交期,4.品質。在成本層面中重視依序為1.購入價格,2.價格競爭性,3.議價空間,4.反應價格能力。此結果顯示家具業對於供應商提供購入價格愈來愈重視,在這激烈競爭的國際市場中,和目前世界性不景氣的衝擊下,產品成本成為國際競爭力的重要指標之一。如何以「最合理的價格」取得合乎標準的原料、材料、物料等資源是企業的重要任務。
Since ancient times, human beings have been closely related to furniture. In order to match the decoration of houses, the design concept has been added, and furniture has become popular. In terms of values and economic benefits, furniture in the past represents identity and status. Changes in values have led to changes in furniture manufacturing. High-end furniture has begun to move toward a refined and refined design route. Cheap furniture has developed towards small profits but quick turnover and mass production. Through the use of hierarchical analysis, this research hopes to explore the evaluation criteria of the furniture industry in the selection of suppliers, and sorts them according to the important order. The results show that the importance of furniture supplier selection is 1. Cost, 2 .Service, 3. Delivery, 4. Quality. In the cost level, the importance is 1. purchase price, 2. price competitiveness, 3. bargaining space, 4. reaction price ability. This result shows that the furniture industry pays more and more attention to the purchase price offered by suppliers. In this fiercely competitive international market, and under the impact of the current global recession, product cost has become one of the important indicators of international competitiveness. How to obtain standard materials, materials, materials and other resources at the "reasonable price" is an important task for enterprises. |
