    Abstract: 製造業促使國際貿易蓬勃發展,而經營管理與企業成功之因素密不可分,具有良好的經營管理不僅使公司的效率提高,甚至影響獲利等。因此,本研究主要以平衡計分卡的在財務、顧客、內部流程和學習與成長等四個構面的觀點,探討個案公司在未來的策略和目標,透過訪談問卷的方式以瞭解公司的背景。分析結果發現,與擁有豐富經驗的團隊結合,運用市場機會及優勢,拓展海外市場是個案公司長期財務營運目標;顧客面主要在品質把關做詳細的檢查,以降低客訴案件,以滿足顧客的需求,建立顧客對企業的滿意程度;內部流程構面即透過SWOT分析瞭解個案公司的定位;最後,學習與成長構面主要是培養優秀的人才,以提升競爭力。
    The manufacturing industry has promoted the vigorous development of international trade, and the management and business factors are inseparable. The good management has not only improved the efficiency of the company, but even affected the profit. Therefore, this study focuses on the four aspects of finance, customers, internal processes and learning and growth of the Balanced Scorecard, and explores the future strategies and goals of the case companies, and interviews the questionnaires to understand the companys background. . The analysis found that, combined with the experienced team, the use of market opportunities and advantages to expand overseas markets is the long-term financial operation target of the case company; the customer side mainly conducts detailed inspections on quality control to reduce customer complaints to satisfy customers. Demand, establish customer satisfaction with the company; internal process structure is to understand the positioning of case companies through SWOT analysis; finally, learning and growth face is mainly to cultivate outstanding talents to enhance competitiveness.
