製造業出口長期扮演著國內經濟成長的主要動力來源,而我國長期專注於產品製造的技術領域,除面臨先進國家之高科技領先外,亦須接受新興國家低成本之生產優勢的挑戰,經濟部因而鼓勵製造業利用跨領域的方式,將製造加入服務的元素,透過製造業服務化創新,提升製造業的競爭優勢。本研究目的將以五綸織造業公司為研究個案,基於製造服務化創新觀點下,進而探索服務策略意涵與衍生新商業模式。本研究採用個案研究法,以「產品延伸服務/產品導向」、「產品功能服務/使用導向」、「整合性解決方案/結果導向」等服務化模式 為基礎,透過上述模式,本研究進一步探索出各個模式的製造服務化創新策略,以及衍生之獲利商業模式。資料來源包含次級資料與專家 深度訪談,並針對相關個案事件內容,採文內容分析法進行資料分析。最後獲得個案公司製造服務化策略與未來發展方向。
Manufacturing exports have been the main source of domestic economic growth, and Chinas focus on product manufacturing technology, in addition to the high-tech leadership of advanced countries, accept the challenges of low-cost production advantages in emerging countries, the manufacturing industry is encouraged to use the cross-cutting approach to enhance the competitive advantage of the manufacturing industry through manufacturing service innovation. The purpose of this research will be to use well-known weaving companies as research cases, based on the perspective of manufacturing service innovation, and then explore the service strategy implications and derivative new business models. Based on the case study method, this study is based on a service model "product extension service/product orientation", "product function service/use orientation", "integration solution/results orientation". Out of each model of manufacturing service innovation strategy, and derived profitable business model. The source of the data includes sub-information and in-depth interviews with experts, and analyzes the content of the relevant case events and the content analysis method. Finally, the companys manufacturing service strategy and future development direction were obtained.
