Abstract:	隨著物聯網(IOT)時代來臨，產業正醞釀一場大變革。雲端運算、虛實整合、機器「智」動化，已在製造生產工業中發生。大數據已悄悄改變商業市場的規則，掀起整個產業及商業鏈的革命風暴。為求永續經營和因應快速、複雜、多變，且充滿不確定性的環境，企業必需改變過去慣有的流程、產品、服務並且善用資訊決策、即時掌握細膩資訊、建立全球營運模式。本研究採個案研究，以某紡織製造業為研究個案公司導入資訊決策系統為例，透過創新擴散之技術擴散六個階段為分析架構，探索出各資訊決策系統轉換階段，資料來源包含次級資料與專家深度訪談，並針對相關個案事件內容，最後獲得個案公司資訊決策系統與企業變革，成功有效的配合企業的運作。創造快經濟時代的新關鍵，包含完整地連接產業各環節流程價值鏈、利用即時的營運資訊、提升員工的決策能力並能夠立即採取行動、對市場變化迅速作出反應、打造靈活的策略與資源、培養創新力。 With the advent of the Internet of things (IOT) era, the industry is undergoing a major revolution. Cloud computing, virtual reality integration, and machine "intelligence" have already occurred in manufacturing industry. Big data has quietly changed the rules of the business market and set off a revolution storm in the whole industry and business chain. In order to achieve sustainable development and respond to rapid, complex, changeable and uncertain environment, enterprises must change their past processes, products and services, and make good use of information decisions, instantly grasp delicate information and establish global business models. This study takes a case study, taking a textile manufacturing industry as a case study company to introduce the information decision system as an example. Through the analysis of the six stages of innovation diffusion, we explore the transformation stages of the information decision system. The data sources include secondary data and in-depth interviews with experts, and the contents of related case events, and finally get the case company information decision system and enterprise transformation. Effective cooperation with the operation of enterprises. The new key to create a fast economic era includes a complete link to the process value chain of all sectors of the industry, the use of immediate operational information, the enhancement of decision-making ability of employees, and immediate action, rapid response to market changes, the creation of flexible strategies and resources, and innovation.
