本研究運用授權賦能觀點(Perspective of Authorized Energizing)探討傳統中醫推拿師之知識技術移轉,研究對象為傳統整復推拿業,透過個案研究法,蒐集資料,並以Spreitzer(1995)提出授權賦能之四大觀點為構面進行分析。研究結果顯示。1.意義(Meaning)、 2.能力(Competence) 、3.自主性(Self-determination)、 4.影響力(Impact),研究結果發現其意義性旨在幫助客戶減輕身體之不適,藉由對客戶身體的按摩推拿,改善身體之循環,幫助氣血流通,進而促進身體的修護功能,讓身體健康。其能力包含推拿專業知識和各種技巧與手法。自主性在於學生能夠循序漸進的自主學習進行各階段的訓練。中醫推拿在影響力方面,對於學生就近觀察並指導提供病患狀況並主動進行處置,藉此能夠減少學員自行摸索與試誤的時間,並經過三年的實習歷程,學員在授權賦能下累積自己的專業技能,與病患互動之醫病關係,更重要對於推拿之知識管理進行知識與技能的順利移轉。

The four major viewpoints are the analysis of the facets. research shows. 1. Meaning (Meaning), 2. Competence, 3. Self-determination, 4. Impact, the results of the study found that its significance is to help customers reduce physical discomfort, by Massage and massage the customers body to improve the circulation of the body, help the circulation of blood, and then promote the bodys repair function, so that the body is healthy. Its abilities include knowledge and various techniques, and must be subjected to rigorous professional training to avoid the regret of the second injury caused by the tutor. Autonomy is that students are able to carry out training at all stages in a step-by-step manner. In the application of Chinese Massage, we can find that the influence is that students can observe the condition of the patient and deal with it, and if there is a mistake in the first aid, the assistant can help to correct it at the right time. A lot of time is reduced for students to explore on their own, and after three years of internship, naturally students can also accumulate their own customers and industry contacts.
