伴隨消費者健康意識抬頭、少子化社會人口結構日益趨向中高齡化等因素,增加了民眾對保健食品之需求,在此在社會與科技環境變遷下,生物科技產業歷年發展深受考驗。本研究中以策略創業架構中「機會辨識」、「機會開發」、「市場定位」、「資源配置」等四項元素為本文分析架構,探討生物科技產業興業構面與演化歷程,在研究方法上我們採用單一個案研究法,選定信威生物科技股份有限公司為研究對象,探討生物科技產業在階段演化過程,研究結果獲得透過以培育栽培技術結合高端生技技術,整合供應鏈,找到產業的機會辨識、定位產品市場、尋找外在資源,逐步鞏固市場地位。論述本個案依據環境的改變,彈性地調整內部組織結構,找到適配協同廠商,提升生物科技產業實力。
