    Abstract: 在這個進步越來越快的社會裡,多種的疾病皆可能因壓力過大而出現,其中的大腸激躁症(Irritable Bowel Syndrome;簡稱IBS)就是我們要探討的疾病。由於大腸激躁症漸漸的帶給患者不便,若能有效率且精準的判斷出是否患有大腸激躁症,將會是本研究的目標。不過調查卻發現,有不少病患因症狀持續,四處就醫、接受各種檢查,耗費許多醫療資源,據統計,國內每年消化不良造成的健保花費達九十億元,可見大腸激躁症不僅是惱人的毛病,也是相當花錢的疾病。本篇論文研究將從脈診、心率變異度、腸音三種生理訊號個別萃取出特徵值來做基本的統計分析,並且對於脈診進行左右手訊號互相比較,以ROC畫出圖形,並使用SVM(Support Vector Machines;簡稱SVM)演算法,將三種訊號做個別分析後,最後以排列組合方法配對,得出更準確的訊號組合,以幫助更有效的判斷出大腸激躁症。相信這會對大腸激躁症患者會是一大福音。
