摘 要
本實務技術報告主要以質性研究三角研究法作為訪談基礎,並以SWOT輔以分析做為沖繩和台灣旅遊租車服務品質差異化檢視,本實務技術報告之個案研究為沖繩租車服務流程以及沖繩觀光的服務品質調查,為此本實務技術報告安排前往研究OTS營業所實際租車以及沖繩當地店家的服務品質之情形,時間2018年11月12日-11月19日共8天。規劃行程之中安排沖繩OTS的DFS營業所的服務品質與服務流程。另外本實務技術報告在台灣時間選擇2019年1月5日前往和運租車中港站進行實地訪察,更進一步的比較台灣與沖繩租車之差異。
Abstract
This study used the practical techniques of a qualitative triangulation method as the basis for interviews and a strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat (SWOT) analysis for identifying differences between Okinawa and Taiwan regarding the quality of tourism-related car rental services. In adopting the method of a case study, this study investigated the procedures of car rental services and quality of tourist services in Okinawa by visiting one of the branches of OTS Rent-A-Car in Okinawa to rent a car, thereby conducting an on-site investigation of their service quality. The duration of the investigation period was 8 days, from November 12 to 19, 2018. For this practical technique report, the researchers arranged a visit to the DFS branch of OTS Rent-A-Car in Okinawa to investigate their service quality and procedures. Furthermore, the researchers visited the Zhonggang office of the Hotai Leasing Corporation on January 5, 2019, and conducted an on-site investigation to compare car rental services in Taiwan and Okinawa.
