    摘要: 本研究旨在了解在台灣滑冰休閒運動所需要的基本技能及台灣的現況如何推展，進一步讓參與者能夠瞭解滑冰入門容易，在學會滑冰之後，如何做出高難度的動作，則必須經由不斷精進自己的技巧，以克服高程度的挑戰。因此，本研究搜尋了國內外相關文獻、期刊、書籍，並積極瞭解滑冰休閒運動的發展趨勢、場地選擇及用具的運用。
    本研究結論：
    一、對於滑冰休閒運動文獻的回顧及發展現況：現今以溜冰進行的競賽項目有「競速溜冰」、「冰球」及「花式溜冰」三種；在正式比賽中比冰刀較具有這項比賽的原始風格和表演的特質，而一般人在休閒運動的時候，多半選擇輪鞋，場地限制較小且困難度低；針對初學者，仍舊以輪式溜冰為優先
    二、滑冰休閒運動地點之選擇：冰刀式的溜冰場不論表演表競賽有一定的規格。
    三、滑冰休閒運動用具之選擇：冰刀式、輪式溜冰鞋及護具的挑選。
    四、滑冰休閒運動基本動作之練習：冰刀及輪鞋的基本動作。
    The purpose of this study is to understand the basic skills which are needed for skating as a recreational sport in Taiwan, and how to promote skating in current situation in Taiwan. The study will further enable participants to understand how effortless it is to get started. However, if participants are looking for achievingadvanced moves, they must constantly improve their skill sets to overcome high-level challenges. Therefore, this study looks into relevant literatures, journals and books internationally, and actively seeks to understand the development trend of skating as a recreational sport, venue selection and the usage of skating equipment.


    In conclusion:

    1.Review and development of the skating as a recreation sport: Today’s skating competitions include “Speed Skating”, “Ice Hockey” and “Figured Skating”. In the official competition, ice skating preserves the original style and the characteristics of the performance, while the average participant chooses roller-skating for the recreational sport. Due to lower venue restriction difficulty, roller-skating is still preferred for the beginners.
    2.The choice of skating venues: The rink for ice skating has certain specifications regardless of its level of competitions.
    3.The choice of skating recreational sport equipment: This refers to the selection of ice skates, roller skates and protective gear.
    4.Basic exercise of skating recreational sport includes basic skill sets for using ice skates and roller skates.
