    Title: 緊急救護搬運固定器材改良開發設計研究

    Abstract: 隨著日益增多的緊急救護勤務,搬運傷病患成為相當重要的一環,也增加了緊急救護人員執行勤務的困難度。在現有配備之搬運椅運送的方式尚無法改變,如何在緊急救護現場給予傷病患更好的初步固定並輔助搬運,此問題成為研究的啟發點。
    本研究首先針對現有救護搬運固定器材優缺點進行分析,參考其他功能類型搬運固定器材,歸納出本研究所需要的功能進行製作,使設計之半身搬運固定背板能與搬運椅配合使用,達到改善人力搬運法初步固定不足,輔助救護人員搬運傷病患,OHCA患者能在以搬運椅運送過程實施更有效的CPR胸外按壓,減少從搬運椅將患者轉換至擔架床程序時間。
    在經過「專業使用者主觀操作測試」後,參與操作測試之現職救護人員皆認為本研究設計之半身搬運固定背板能改善搬運固定並與搬運椅有效搭配使用。
    With the increasing number of emergency medical services, the handling of patients has become a very important part, also increased the difficulty of EMT’s to perform their services. Under the existing transport chair handling method, this cannot be changed. How to give patients a better initial fixation and auxiliary handling at the emergency medical site, This issue has become inspirational point for research.
    This research first analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing emergency medical handling fixed equipment, Refer to other functional types for handling fixed equipment, Summarize the required functions for this research to make, The design of the half-body handling fixed backplane, that can be used with the transport chair, To improve the initial fixed shortages of human handling method, Auxiliary EMT to transport patients, OHCA Patients can perform more effective CPR chest compressions in the transport process of the transport chair, Reduce the time from the transport chair to the stretcher bed.
    After "professional user subjective operation test", Serving EMT participating in the operation test are considered that the half-body handling fixed backplane designed in this research can improve the handling and fixing, and effective use with transport chairs.
