The purpose of this thesis is to understand the immigrant women's career development after coming to Taiwan and how do they arrange future life. In this thesis, we employ a qualitative research approach based on feminism perspectives and conducted a semi-structural interview with participants individually, and participants are three immigrant women who had settled down Taiwan due to marriage migrants. The results of thesis found they would manage to balance their role in stages of life by planning strategically, as keeping a positive attitude and active action to face unfamiliar environment and unfriendly people or acting role as mothers and workers to integrate into the family and society. And through the process of these, they not only could become more confident but also show the intelligence and resilience of immigrant women. Immigrant women will have more time to engage in their own interests. For fear of becoming a burden after retirement, they work to maintain their livelihood continuously as well as take much more care of their health. We analyze results in two points "immigrant women who strive to create the future" and "the intelligence and power of immigrant women", and puts forward some suggestions for practical workers as well as future academic research.
